European Academy for Training and Development

 

‘European Academy for Training and Development’ to Proper Development Ltd. is a licensed Center for Vocational Training (CVT) in the field of hotel, restaurant and economic management. It is certified by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training (NAVET) to the Ministry of Education and Science with license № 201212976. It is the only institution in Bulgaria that provides licenses to the vocational centers. Mission and objectives
The Mission of ‘European Academy for Training and Development’ is to conduct high quality vocational training in compliance with the State educational requirements and the labor market needs. The main objectives of ‘European Academy for Training and Development’ is to provide:

  • Professional qualification for professions in the field of hotel, restaurant and economic management or for part of these professions.
  • Key competence training.
  • Validation of professional knowledge, skills and competences, in compliance with Ordinance № 2 from November 13th, 2014.
  • Corporate practical training for hotels and restaurants

In order to achieve these objectives, the team of the Center consists of lecturers and trainers who have extensive practical and managerial experience in the field of culinary, hotel, restaurant and economic management..

The Center emphasizes on the practical training in the licensed professions, as it offers flexible forms of training, according to the wishes and capabilities of the participants – group and individual, day and evening and weekend forms.

When signing up for a course each participant is provided with:Curriculum and schedule of the course.

  • Training manual that includes the theoretical content of each module listed in the curriculum, which is developed especially for the trainees of ‘European Academy for Training and Development’ by the lecturers and trainers in the respected profession.
  • Training tools: folder, materials for taking notes, pens etc.
  • Work clothes for the professions in the field of cuisine.
  • Technological cards for all the assortment prepared during the courses in the field of cuisine.
